We had a group of visiting golfers from Darnall this past Sunday who came to make use of the Winter Special – R 150.00 for 18holes Golf and sharing cart included.( This does not include half-time, and is not available during Competitions and lasts as long as there is a cart available.) Coming up from the coast the golfers found the conditions frosty and cool and they were under-dressed for their 08h00 tee-off. However conditions did warm up later.
Results:
1st: Roy Sukhu and Shaun Moodley 41 points
Individual scores were :
Roy Sukhu 38 points, Riaan Greeff 29 points and Zane Stevens 26 points.
Clearly the hard greens conditions made nearest to pin for 2 on the 17th very difficult – no-one won the jam.
