The now very popular “Midlands Quad,” played the second leg at St Cathryn’s on Saturday 20/4/2024. . A good field of forty seven players set off,  from Mooi River, Noodsburg and Greytown to meet St Cathryn’s on their home course.
Noodsburg leading the point standings , were adamant that St Cathryn’s would not dislodge them from the top of the log, and did just that. The course pin positions were selected by organiser Dieter Meyer, who did an excellent job in organising the tournament.

The next leg of the Quadrangular tournament is to be played at Noodsburg GC on Saturday 20 July 2024.
 
For the St Cathryn’s golfers, the “House of Golf” Match play championship is to be played over the weekend of 4th and 5th May 2024. The loser in the first round will automatically qualify for the plate section and St Cathryn’s welcomes the new sponsor, The House of Golf.
Spectators will be welcome to come and watch great match play golf, where the player plays to win the hole and so that way we see who wins the most holes.
The prize on Sunday will be to see who dons the “Nel” blue jacket. The great excitement is to see two of our scholars, du Preez and Gifford, who are both playing some of their best golf, in the field.
